    DON'T LET AGE BE A BARRIER TO GETTING FIT AND HEALTHY WITH WALK AND TALK SESSIONS BEING HELD IN SALFORD THIS COMING NOVEMBER

    November scheduled dates for Age Friendly Salford's weekly Walk and Talk sessions have been released with events being held at a number of venues around the City.

    Join the popular Walk & Talk sessions were you can explore the history of some of Salford's green and blue public spaces, meet new friends and have fun whilst keeping healthy and active.

    The events are held each Wednesday of the month.

    1st November - MediaCityUK

    8th November - Parr Fold Park

    15th November - Clifton Country Park

    22nd November - Kersal Wetlands

    29th November - Eccles Recreational Grounds

    By engaging in these outdoor walks, you can enhance your health and wellbeing by 50%.

    Age Friendly Salford is a programme of work funded by Salford City Council to engage and support people to age well. The programme is delivered by a partnership of voluntary sector organisations, namely, Inspiring Communities Together, Age UK Salford and Salford CVS.
