Salford has been shortlisted in the City of the Year Award. The EG award seeks to celebrate the UK’s cities and the work they are doing to create liveable, successful places. Salford was shortlisted as it is marking the beginning of a greener chapter for the city, showcasing exactly what is achievable in the future of green development with partners, in building a fairer, greener and healthier Salford for all. The city is setting the sustainability bar nationally with delivery of exemplar office and residential schemes, with communities and quality at the heart.
