Emergency Services attended at Albion Way (A5063) in Salford at around 11am this morning after reports of a crash between a female mobility scooter user and a vehicle. The road was temporarily closed as police dealt with the incident but it is said that the woman only suffered minor injuries and the road was quickly reopened. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "The woman, who was 'on a scooter has suffered minor injuries. "She was taken to hospital from the scene 'as a precaution." Photo: Google Maps
