A murder investigation is reportedly underway this morning (November 10th) following the death of a woman thought to be in her 30's at a property on Dukesgate Grove in Little Hulton.
Police have erected two forensics tents and are reportedly conducting a manhunt for the assailant.
It is understood that emergency services were called to the scene at around 3am and a cordon was immediately put in place.
Police have so far not released a statement on the incident.
