Police in Salford have launched an urgent appeal for information after a man was spotted attacking a woman on CCTV close to the Tesco store in Pendleton. At 10.45pm on Saturday 16 December 2023 the female was seen being assaulted by a male on Pendleton Way before she was driven away from the scene in a dark vehicle. The CCTV images have been released in the hope that someone may recognise either of them. Officers investigating the case are urging anyone with information to contact police as soon as possible on 101, quoting the log number 3649.
