Salford Neighbourhood Crime Team say that they have secured charges as part of Operation Acquire Police say that Stephen Prescott (14/10/1985) of no fixed abode, has been charged with three counts of theft from a motor vehicle and two counts of breaching his criminal behaviour order. The accused appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court earlier today (29/11/23). The charges relate to an investigation by Salford’s Neighbourhood Crime Team into stolen vehicles within an apartment complex car park in the Blackfriars area of Salford.
