Joel was last seen in Walkden/Little Hulton earlier today and officers are becoming increasingly concerned about him and want to make sure he is safe and well.
He is said to be 23-years-old, around 6'1" tall and has blonde/brown hair.
He was last known to be wearing, black shorts with white stripes down the sides, a white t-shirt and a pair of grey coloured Vans Pumps.
