Police Officers from Salford Neighbourhood Crime Team have arrested four men during Operation Breeze which has been targeting an increase in snap lock burglaries on properties around Worsley. Boothstown and Ellenbrook. The investigation found that Front and Rear door locks were being 'snapped' off to allow access to the thieves who were targeting the keys of high performance vehicles and high value goods . The thieves would often use Suron E-Bikes as part of their get-aways. Following the execution of a number of warrants, four men were arrested and remanded into custody for further questioning. Additionally the bikes which are thought to have been used in the crimes were seized by police. A number of items of jewellery were also recovered.
